that's why this free service has been stopped
the pictures or videos made were always with the promess of never been posted anywhere but ONLY for personal use

True, up to a point.
BBG, you are right if your worldview is that trust does not exist and cannot exist.
I, for one, happen to believe that if someone promises something, then there is an expectation that that deal will be adhered to.
If the guy got the girls to agree to their photo being taken by promising that they were for personal use only, and then he goes and publishes them, he has behaved very badly.
That being the case, we should not then compound the misdeed by propagating the photos.
But you are right: let's move on.
