Orchard Towers - Ipanema World Music Bar
Paid a short visit to the famed Ipanema bar this past week. If you enjoy dark rooms, loud music, excessive disco lighting, and getting pawed at and mugged by virtually every gal in the bar, this place is for you. If you like finding a spot to enjoy a drink and leisurely survey the line-up, Ipanema might not be your kind of place. They did have a good live band and I finally did locate a spot where I could enjoy a beer, enjoy the band, and check out the gals w/o being accosted every 45 seconds. I could possibly repeat this place, the constant, asinine high pressure sales tactics are a bit much though. I noticed a couple gems in the bar, who were to no surprise already engaged. The rest of the available litter were mediocre at best.

Am visiting SG on biz and was there last night. Both my brother and friend pulled decent chicks from there. They are bit older (well the clients are too!) and not that many stunners there but I do like the freelance scene and the variety of Asians you can find as opposed to an all Thai scene.
The best place in Orchard that I could find........so far. All in all it was fun and definitely worth a stop as I have the feeling that there isn't all that much better for the P4P scene here.

Hi all,
I was at OT a month ago and everything is still on going as usual. Thus there was a romour earlier that it was going to close down.
Ipanema is the best and have the best choice as I see it.
What I would like to find is a place where they have real Singaporean ladies. I would like to try once. Anyone who can give me such info? Inside OT or somewhere else doesnt matter!

Hey peeps.
I went to OT last week. Pretty much the same as always. There isn't much I can say about bars like Ipanema that hasn't already been said by the other guys who posted before I did.
Ipanema was packed. Lots of punting going on. Live band. Went to a place on the same floor called Naughty Girls. They had a combination of Filipino band, and Thai and - get this - Eastern European bar-top dancers.
There were about 12+ Thai and 6+ European dancers. It's the usual lady drink deal, to get them to sit and talk to you.
Wanted to talk to one of the Euro dancers - a brunette stunner - but by the time I found out what the deal was, she'd gone for her dance and I got too tired (it was a work day) to wait around.
Will go again soon and post an FR, hopefully.
Lars, the local Sammyboy sex forum is a treasure trove of info about where and how you can get local p4p gals. There aren't a lot on the market, but if you don't want the more expensive escorts, you can try some of the freelancers (FL) advertised in that forum. Some locals also work in various karaoke TV (KTV) lounges - but some of those may or may not be easily 'available'. You can have fun with them at their clubs, but not all are open to take-out.
Of course, some of the local health centres (HC) have locals who offer extras. But those are really hit-or-miss.

Try the coffee shops around Joo Chiat, you will find a few locals interspersed with the China Girls there.
I was cutting through that area to get to Katong a few weeks ago and saw some Indian FLs working the street. Your best chances are on the streets connecting the main roads together.
A word of caution though, unless you are in an area with obvious P4P activity keep it cool. There has been a lot of 'clean-up' in that area as prostitution is only legal in government licensed brothels...
