I thought p4p was legalized in Singapore a little while back. Perhaps I was misinformed ? I came across this article on Singapore's online paper. Does this mean all the hotels in Singapore will be forced to become guest unfriendly? Anyone could shed some light on this?
Excerpt from the article:
"Under regulation 24(1) of the Hotels Licensing Regulations, no licensee of a hotel should allow any person whom he knows or has reason to believe is a prostitute to occupy a room in the hotel or to frequent the premises.
Offenders can be fined up to $1,000 and up to $2,000 for a second or subsequent conviction."

I would hope that the interpretation of that would be that no lady should be allowed to book in and operate from a hotel room.
and
( nor ) "........to frequent the premises...."
to mean that they shouldn't be allowed to use the lobby. restaurants, bars, toilets or other areas within the hotel or outside in the drive-way or car-park to conduct or arrange trade.
Otherwise, I'm going to feel very sorry for that army of Filipino nannies, cooks, house-maids, au pairs and live-in sex-relief workers who descend on the town every weekend for their day off.
And as for the battalions of Singaporean and other girls operating at night in so-called legit places.......well !
It reminds of the time when I first hit Orchard Towers in the early 90's, went up to a disco and spent a few hours drinking and deciding on the delicacies.
A group of about six Italian b(?) ankers came in, in their silken suits and within two minutes, two of them had girls crouching by the wall, sucking them off in full view. Maybe they hadn't had time to book an hotel room but I thought it highly unwise considering the amount of police surveillance and social and cultural intolerance. Perhaps they had diplomatic immunity or bottomless expense accounts for bribes.

Well I am flying to Singapore on Friday for a 'cricket' tour and I will be able to report what the team gets up to. Most of the time will be spent in and around 4 floors. Was there a year ago and thought Ipanema Bar was the best, though there were some fun Russian hookers in one of the higher bars.

Kenneth, what Russian 'hookers'?
The ones in Naughty Girl & Top 5 - the so-called pole dancers - don't normally go out with customers. There are no such things as bar fines; just lady drinks that they'll use to fleece you dry.
Unless you're talking about other clubs...
