Hey Guys,
I will be in Singapore for a few days soon before heading to Thailand. Given the much higher girl prices in Singapore than in BKK, should I just give it a pass and wait until I get to LOS?

It is a lot more expensive but I've had some great times in Orchard Towers with some amazing girls.
Drinks are about 4x more.
Girls are at least 4x more.
But if you've got the money it can be a good time.

No, Girls are not 4 times more! The better Girls in Bangkok are now asking 3K Baht (or more) for LT! Sure, you can get cheaper but is it about quality or quantity, I guess up to you. In Singapore the better Girls are asking $250-300 Sing (5.8-7K Baht) LT but most will go for $200.00 and if you take them after say 1am down to $150.00! Not the value of Bangkok but not to bad.
So it would be fair to say twice the price! Now that said, the drinks are 4 or more times the Price in places like Top Ten!

I like the variety Orchard Towers has to offer. Vietnamese, Chinese, and PI girls can be a welcome change from a steady diet of thai girls.

Small Office Building made of concrete that fronts the famous Orchard Road, near to Hilton, Orchard & Orchard Parade Hotels. Collection of Bars from low to go! Singapore version of Beer Bars, LB Bar and everything inbetween. Probably the two "busiest" Bars are Ipanema and Top Ten. Both have Live Music, Ipanema is more like a Bangkok Rock Bar and Top Ten a Disco with Dance Floor.
The Bars use to be fairly segmented with the Thais in Ipanema and Top Ten whilst the Filipina's hungout in the other Bars. Now the all Bars have a mix plus add in the Vietnamese, Russians & even some South Americans. No Bar fines but some of the Bars have a Mumasan that "takes" care of the Girls and you usually have to pay to her directly, then the Girl will hit you for a tip! What else would you like to know?

Check it out sometime. I go to Singapore for visa runs. The Thai Embassy is conveniently located one block from Orchard Towers, and there are endless blocks of giant department stores, with unbelievably clean streets. There are plenty of things to do during the day, but alcohol is expensive and the girls do expect you to pay in advance.
I was able to get the Marriott on Priceline for $70 USD, including tax, for my next trip. If you're looking for a side trip on your next visit to LOS, Singapore is a nice option. Flight time is same as a taxi to Pattaya and, with a low-cost carrier, only about double the cost. Subway in Singapore goes directly to the airport, so you're at your hotel in an hour or less.
