There's plenty of clubs in Cebu and pros and non-pros alike. College gals looking for extra cash are easy to find. Don't count on finding anything in Bagiou or Borocay, tho. Best to take your own from AC, Manila or Cebu. I can't comment on the other areas you mention, as I haven't been there yet.
