can any1 recomend a good gog bar in angel city as will be there from the 18th dec to the 22 nd dec and also a quicker way to get to angle city from manila airport.as i will be meeting my m8s g/f at the swankman hotel in manila he says it take 2 to 3 hours on a buswould like to find a quicker way

No, I know the place, it really take 2 to 3 hours to get there...I still don't understand what are you gonna do for 4 days in Angeles...The place sucks...go elsewhere, I don't know, Ilo Ilo for example...the most beautiful Filipinas come from there...or Palawan...but Angeles, a day trip, not 4...
Up to you, I am just worried for you before Christmas...

take the bluebus from swagman. btw thez have a forum similar to this one about angeles city. have not been there for 5 years myself, so my info might be outdated. but try kokomos as a hotel, came warmly recommended on this forum.

For the hotels Kokomos is good as is the Orchid but book in advance as both are usualy booked out.
Or you could try Hotel Hana , I have heard this place is also good.
As for the gogo bars you have places like Blue Nile ( a bit loud though) Camelot , Volcano etc
I prefer the smaller bars like Roadhouse , Dirty Duck etc
The problem with Ilo Ilo is there is very little in the way of bars or night life so a trip to Angeles is ok (I take it this trip is not for the culture).
