They're thinking that this latest storm will just hit up north but they do have a habit of sometimes veering north/south at the last minute. It looks like it will totally miss Manila and just lay waste to Northern Luzon. But the ground is still so saturated in Greater Manila that it won't take much rain for floods to happen there again.
I'm living in Angeles and we missed the worst of the last couple storms but still had minor flooding and power outages.
onera, the weather has been fine for the past two days, not a drop of rain. Though winds can be pretty strong at times. LA Cafe is definitely rocking!! Lots of girls there. Definitely need to get back to Manila again.
