Is Las Palmas Hotel in Manila GF? If so, do I need to book a single or double? Any other experiences of this hotel?
Also, any suggestions for a good and GF hotel (less than $100) near LA Cafe that has Internet Access?

Stayed at the Pearl Gardens Hotel. It was about $50/night for a Standard room. There was free Wifi and it was very girl friendly, and every time the girl leaves the front desk will call you to check if everything is okay. LA Cafe was about 5 minute's walk from the hotel, where we hung out for the entire trip.

OLnera,Las Palmas is GF.Indeed it would be difficult to find a hotel(as distinct from a guest house) in Ermita which is not.
However Pearl Gardens is better value.It is a new hotel whereas Las Palmas is rather tired.
Asia Rooms offers a standard room at Pearl Gardens for 2400 pesos,and for 2200 pesos at Las Palmas,but unlike Las Palmas breakfast is included at Pearl Gardens.

And you get two breakfast coupons since would normally book a double occupancy room. Breakfast is only from 6:00 am - 9:30 am. If you have been partying all night long, it could be difficult waking that early for breakfast. 
These days, the security will insist that the girl signs in and deposit her ID card or passport. Other than that, they don't care how many girls you bring in.
