So I check into the fine Fortuan Hotel, and clean up. Today I am heading up to the northern sector of town to the Hot Spot Sauna. It is the low cost alternatives to the high cost saunas.
I take the bus up there as they allow you to see lots of Macau as you work one bus from another. I get to the Sauna. The same dude that worked there last time is there this time. The interesting thing is that the price her has come down since my last visit, it is now 400MOP for an hour as opposed to the prior 440MOP.
I decide to take a Vietnames lady as there is a plenty supply of Chinese outside my hotels front door. When the lady arrives I believe that her breasts are siliconized as they are humongous for a small framed chick.
The young lady is 20 years old from Ho Chi Minh City. She seems to have the program down and does an exceedingly well job. This is a safety first sort of place, which is good by me, and after a fine bout of oral sex I bust a nut in her during regular sex.
She offers to come back to my hotel later that night, an offer that I do not take her up on.
As an old man my vim and viger do not propel me forward in the manner of my youth.
It is back to the hotel where I study up on cross country hiking trails in the back woods of Macau.

I will be going Macau/HK for the first time in March 5Mar2008 for a week.
Staying at Macau for the first and second night at Casa Real, (next to New Yaohan and the ferry terminal I think)
I am very keen to try those girls in the basement of the Lisboa casinos, and probably other huge casinos too.
Questions:
how much do they charge per one hour session, and does the Lisboa hotels charges hourly rates?
where do I go for a one or two hour hotel ? (like hotel 81 in SGP)
How much is the hourly hotel rates?
What are some of the other huge casinos besides Lisboa?
I am not a fan of casinos, but some people claim that the higher level the casino is, the bigger the bets are.
1st floor casino - $100 minimum bet, 3rd floor casino – $300 minimum bet, and so on.
Questions:
Does this applies to the girls prowling the different level casinos too?
Girl prowling 6th floor casino costs more than another girl prowling 3rd floor casino?

I don't know the answers to most of your questions, but the lisboa girls charge 800MOP for one shot. I've never done a Lisboa girl and never will. I've read lots of stories of Macau, and 9 of 10 stories of the girls at the Lisboa are not good or just average experience. I like to go to the coffee shop there just to look but I've never partaken.
For 780MOP you can go to the Boss Sauna, get a nice body scrub, have hot and cold baths, shower and eat food play on the internet, drink some carrot juice, then pick from so many girls and bang one, then sit around eat and drink more sleep, whatever. All in all a much better deal.
I've only been in a few casinos, with the idea of hookers patrolling the floors, but I only saw gamblers, thousand and thousand of gamblers. I've read that there are freelancers at some of the bars in the casinos, but have never bothered to sus them out.
I'm not sure what the Hotel 81 in Singapore is, and I've never noticed a numbered hotel (short time) hotel in Macau. In the inner harbour they do have pensions where you pick a girl in the lobby and go to her room. Prices of the ones that I've been to range from 200-500 MOP. At the lower end I have had a couple very nice times with girls that seemed very fresh of the farm. Not much make up and they had not yet mastered the sound effects of a more seasoned professional.

Bob, where is Boss Sauna? I've only been to Darlings, which is obviously more pricey (1200 mp) with 90 minute sessions, and they don't really encourage hanging out. Sounds like Boss Sauna is a lot more fun.

Exactly where the Boss Sauna is, thats hard. If you are walking from the new section of the Lisboa Hotel towards the Senado square on Ave, Infante D Henrique (the main street) after the second street you cross look towards your right, there is a sign on the building saying "Boss Sauna" at the most its like an 5-8 minute walk. The sauna is on the 22nd floor of the building. You catch the elevator on the ground, where the Sauna has a display and a Door Man.
There is also a "Big Boss Sauna" if you see the sign for that (its off to the right also) you walked a block to far.
At the Boss, they do encourage you to stick around. What I also liked is unlike the Supreme Sauna at the Fortuna Hotel, no one hits you up for tips or add ons (second girl). Further, the attendants there are for the most part Indonesian ladies, they speak English and they are fun. Its just a pleasure to chat with them as you can't do that with lots of people in Macau as they don't speak lots of English there.
I put the story of my last visit there in a field report in the "BKK Field Report" section. But the last time there I had #308, a young lady from Vietnam. The best massage experience that I have ever had.

apologies but I do not understand what you mean by pensions and inner harbour.
what are pensions and is there a street name for this inner harbour ?

Does anyone have a link to a real Macau map? Is there any on-line? I use a map inside a Hong Kong book in Japanese, but still it doesn't give me the full picture. I've yet to find a good map of Macau that has everything. There's a pet project.

The inner harbour is the old harbour area of Macau. If you are at the main Sq, Senado Sq. I believe, you would walk in the direction away from the Lisboa. The Pensions are small hotels that have been completely taken over by prostitutes, like the Forshan, the London Hotel, and the Rubi. There is also one that I really like without a name. The area is small and if you walk by a pension without knowing it there is a good chance that you will here someone saying 'masajeee'.

Google earth is good. Also the Macau tourist board has an online map that can also be downloaded into a palm type devise. The thing to know is that the place is very small. From the Lisboa to the Inner harbour is a 10 minute walk. From the Ferry if you walk to the Lisboa is a 20-25 minute walk.
Sorry about the delay in replying but I've been out and about in Thailand and don't look at this site mcuh enless I am in Bangkok, as I am now.

A quick message to share I've just spent 6 days and nights in The Venetian in Macau ( http://www.venetianmacao.com/en/home.aspx ) and it was a blast. A sleek heaven for adults, and even Missus enjoyed it.
In HKG now and at last we are working seriously, but would love to spend a week end in Macau very soon.

BTW there are lots of girls working in the Venetian, have an evening drink at the bar Florian and just enjoy the constant model show... while smoking a cigar for instance as it's legal there and the tobacco shop is well stocked in Cuban delicacies.
Girls asked us for 2000MOP, went for 1000, but we didn't try to bargain very hard.
