I was in again this afternoon. Business looks pretty good.
I was pleased to finally see Khun T*k in the house. She is always booked. Not today. Khun B***y, on the other hand, had still not come in (yes, late again), Khun J***e was at Don Muang, doing something with a passport. It went over my head, I just nodded. The sisters N*e and N*m were there, though N*m was barfined by an old friend of mine who just happened to stroll up to the bar at the SAME EXACT IDENTICAL TIME AS ME. What was really funny is, I have known this guy for years, and I had no idea that he was also a fan of the bar. The girls told me that he had been going there for something like TEN YEARS.
He went in ahead of me while I said hello to the girls outside, when it dawned on me that he was INSIDE, and he would hence be in a position to choose MY girl before I got to her. Oh, man. In I went.
Phew. He was already ensconced on the far couch, with Khun L*k under his arm. Khun N*m was sitting next to her, so I advised her to go sit beside him on the other side. She was wearing a low cut shirt, and she has a nice little rack. He ended up taking them both after we had a little lunch in the bar, and a nice long talk. Khun N*m still looks 16 to me. Anyway, I fear that we were a little boring for the girls, as nothing is more boring for young Thai girls than two old farang talking about whatever, but he had his girls, I had mine, and all was right in my world.
A guy cruised in that many of you here will know, he runs a well-known establishment elsewhere, and when I commented on how ironic that it was that he was in SoL getting blown, he told me that he had to go where "he was not known" to get head for himself. He cannot patronize his own girls. Bad business. Poor guy. He runs a nice operation, truth be told. But even he knows where to go for the best head in Bangkok. He was eyeing my girl, but she was already spoken for. Uh huh. Sorry, pal.
Anyway, had a nice afternoon, and hopefully, more to come. The weekend is young.

I have known a few bar owners over the years.. and yes, I guess you are right they choose not to..
but the reason they choose not to is due to very bad experiences in their own bars as the girls get very cranky anytime they think someone is getting favored treatment.. real or imagined..
I think that the meant that he cannot or all hell will break loose..
it is similar to guys screwing around on their g/f's.. many do it, but some 'choose' not to as they know what will happen if they get caught.. so they might say "tam mai dai" too.. and I think it might be appropriate..

Ditto on that. Didling with the ladies you're supposed to be managing always ends badly -- the ladies will lose respect for the mgr, and he will lose control of the bar. The girls are really jealous about it, and every good mgr I've talked to knows how to separate work from play. So they typically take their fun elsewhere...

Geez does that mean I have to stop banging my girlfriend? I mean she just asked me for a raise a couple months ago, and I said that her pay review wasn't due yet. But now, reading you guys, it's like I'm gonna have to be giving it all up for free! Gnawing away at my empire...
Anyhow, I agree with Cunnilinguist above that it's far too hard to coincide with the stars. For a couple weeks I was hitting them like 4 cherries across the slot machine. But then for the longest time I haven't seen any of them. Of course this had given me time to explore the new generation.
Magi, I still don't know who N is, the young looking girl you keep bumping uh into. I mean, I've seen one girl there a couple times who looks young, nice and voluptuous, and I think I wrote a post about her, but could swear her name starts with an L or R. The idea that this sweet thing is still there and still untasted by me (or vice versa) is driving me nuts. How can we resolve this confusion? lol, maybe you can make an exception for your gf/employee, ha! Hmmm, about your gf's request for a pay review... don't know, but I've been trying to depress wages on my end of the block. My TGF seems to be making more and more money at her new job, so, cheap charlie that I am, I've been using that as an excuse to lower her monthly stipend.  Not sure why she hasn't bolted yet for greener pastures, but you may be able to work a deal like this, lol. Food for thought
