In Lollipop they opened at 12 with a few girls for nothing,
no customers ever coming before 2 or 3 pm...so wasting the time of the girls, who sat bored everyday for 2-3hours.
I think opening later is a smart move if it give more free time to the girls (so less tired/bored girls for the cutomers...)
