Most, if not all girls spit.
To have her swallow, you would have to pay extra, and it would be the only decent thing to do, to offer so.
Some girls wont swallow, whoever the customer is.
As for dribbling, I'd imagine you would have to ask, and then to describe how and where you wish to be dribbled on or not as the case may be.

I can personally vouch for the fact that it is customary for the girls in the Star of Light to spit, although it has been known for a customer to request an additional service on top of the usual, but I haven't heard of or seen the dribbling.
