I dropped into the Star of Light bar yesterday and there were only seven girls in there working furiously away providing service. The majority of ladies apparently had decided to bar-fine themselves for the day which I suppose is something to do with the high charge of self-bar-fining on a Sunday which prohibits them from taking that day off.

BrianD doesn't mention the area that he is needing a Star of Light outlet, so I would think that the brothers would find it almost impossible to offer a solution to the problem or at least a little info.
All I would suggest is, if you live outside of Bangkok and not near any major town or city that falang frequent or inhabit, you would be looking at tapping into the Thai resources, which might be a little more difficult out of town than anyone might think, except of course by the experts on this forum who always jump in helpfully to assist anyone in need.
If I were living out of town, then I don't think that I would bother looking for a SOL type place. Firstly, because, if there aren't any falang about, then there wont be an outlet for that specific service for Thais. They don't go for it. ( as strange as that may seem to some of you.).
Secondly, if there was anything remotely like it for Thais, in areas where there are no falang, the presence of a falang indulging in the service might be heavily resented in some quarters.
I would trawl the beer bars and other places in the vicinity, including shopping malls and set up my own home-visiting team of ladies.
Maybe BrianD could place an advert in a local shop that a falang requires a maid to clean his apartment or house or someone to do his washing and ironing once or twice or three or four times a week, or some other light-duty chores and see in a round of interviews, what the response would be.
Good luck........but then, you will definitely not be getting the quality of service that the girls at SOL so generously provide.

There are quite a number of friendly beer bars up around that area, as well as other establishments that welcome falang, although, as you say, and I think, there wont be any blow-jobs bars in that area.

Bar fine is 400 baht. That is the price to take the lady out of the bar.
Customary fee to the lady for services rendered in a ST room is between 1,000-1,500 baht, depending on what you do, and how long that it takes. Two to three hours of ambiguously negotiated sex (i.e. a good blowjob, and vaginal sex) would qualify for 1,000-1,500 baht, in my opinion. In other words, this would be customary.
I would assume that it might be possible to negotiate a lesser fee for only a blowjob in a ST room, but I have never done so. My feeling is, you pay the 400 baht bar fine to Khun L*k to take the lady out, then you compensate the lady directly upon the completion of activities in the room. If all that you want is head in a ST room, then it might be possible to entice one of the girls to accept less than the standard 1,000 baht, particularly if a mere 30 minutes is involved.
Like Seajohn, I tend to lavish money, love, and orgasms on the girls, and I never negotiate anything with them in advance any longer. It is a rare day that I hand the girls less than 2,000 baht for festivities conducted outside the bar, regardless of how long that it takes. I routinely spend several hours with them.
