Who was the guy who hated the mamasan? Was it MadFrog? Was it more than one guy?
Anyway, she's gone now.
And I hear that the good old school uniforms could be coming back. The owner is at last starting to read forums like these (not sure if he reads this one) and has seen that nobody likes the horrible pink 'nightdresses'.

I know her from 2002 and she adoured me for that first memory-

Heh. Not what I heard at all. She won't be missed by anyone at Lolita's either, particularly as she owed lots of money to lots of people. And, as for moving on, well, they all say things about other plans but stay longer. (Including, probably, the university student you mention later on.) You can't trust a word that comes out of their mouths about 'plans'. They get hung up on the money and all other ideas get forgotten.
Come on, can you really picture that mamasan opening a beauty salon, which would demand hard work against all the competition, lots of thinking, etc, when she already had a cushy number sitting around doing f-all and getting plenty of money (with plenty of opportunities for extra angles) ?

He's shooting himself in the foot at the moment.
Lolita's had 4 young cute girls under 25 before yesterday. Now they've only got 2 and those will probably leave soon because the young ones like working with their young cute friends and young cute girls can find work at so many places.
The others they've got, apart from Kae, are much older, fatter, have kids and are not very appealing.
The young cute ones bring the owner LOT of business that otherwise wouldn't occur. A lot of guys walk around to Lolita's and, if they don't see anything appealing, go on to other places. Why get an old/fat/ugly woman to suck your cock when, for just a little walk further, you could find a cuter younger MP girl or a freelancer?
The owner doesn't seem to think about this because he's in the habit of watching on the closed circuit TV and calling girls up to curse them for the slightest stupid thing. E.g. One of the girls was sitting on the chair outside 'wrong', in his opinion. (She was kneeling on it to eat some food.) Big crime. He calls her up and all she hears, not being fluent in English, is a shouted angry "f***... blah.. f*** blah f*** f***". She doesn't understand the rest of it, none of them can understand him (he can understand Thai but never speaks it to them). She just hears the angry tone and 'f***' an awful lot. For what? Kneeling on a chair? So, under this angry onslaught, she holds the phone away from her ear a bit. Another girl behind her laughs. The owner thinks the girl he called is laughing at him and suspends her. She can't believe it, just for kneeling on a chair? (Upstairs, kneeling is fine, right? )
This girl's never given trouble before, she's not one of those paddy princesses. But this is too much. To be penalised 4000/5000 baht for that? She's young, she's cute, has options. She decides to resign. The other young cute girl on the shift, seeing this, joins her. (This other girl also had never given any trouble, meek as a mouse)
The young ones are all friends, their company makes working together makes a place fun for them, bearable. So not much longer before the other cute younger ones go, is it? Because they can find work in plenty of places. They don't have to put up with owners shouting at them for silly reasons.
So what's left? The older, unattractive ones! The younger ones get most of the customers and lots of those customers wouldn't come anymore if they just saw older unattractive girls outside. Lots of customers stop coming, the owner loses money. The 2 girls who left must have brought in 10-20 customers each day. And he's now down to around 13 girls over 2 shifts.
A girl who worked there from Asoke Corner, 12 years ago, has come back! You may say "It doesn't matter what they look like when you just see the tops of their heads" and "It's skill that matters, more than looks". But the numbers bear out that it isn't true. He'll lose a load of customers. And over what? Stupid stuff like sitting or kneeling on a chair?!
You know how sensitive young Thai women are. Why shout and swear at them for silly unimportant reasons? It doesn't make any sense, when you should want to keep your best assets...
