I like both venues.. Sometimes it's (semi) private like in Lolitas (with Kae or the pretty one) and sometimes it's in the middle of a crowded room like SOL or Afterschool.
Either way, if you don't pick the one you want from the get go, you get which ever one they want to throw at you. Don't know if it's next in line, whoever drew the short straw, the ugliest one or if they flip a coin LOL
Remember! You can always ask for a different girl, don't have to take the one that came to you.. There are so many other willing girls around!
800baht? why not? that is still only $25 for 1/2hr+ session.. and you get exactly what you went there for! For me, that is the beauty of bars like Lolitas. Get in, get what you needed and get out, then you go do whatever with a clear mind.

It's not that people are standing next to you and watching every head bob the little brown suck machine is making... It's the fact that they are there at all! They know what is going on (as do you) and are watching you in the throws of pleasure... and then release. Myself and probably you, do enjoy the exhibitionist part of the exchange. Even at places like Afterschool, where the girl is hidden behind a bar and all the others see is you looking back at EVERYONE in the whole bar! You have to understand, not everyone can deal with that. I have been in some bars in the LOS where everyone could see the whole exchange... down to seeing her lick my balls! Hmm, i've been in SOL well over 100 times, over many years, never have I seen a crowded room in there, I've never seen anyone in there that wasn't either getting blown, just been blown or about to be blown, its not a place to hang out and have a beer !! Its a place to have a BJ, with or without a beer, perhaps mill around between BJ's, but certainly not groups of non participating guys, staring strangely and jealously at a guy who is having a BJ.
And all the girls sit outside, apart from the odd one that wanders in to see if 2 girls would be to your liking.
The picture painted by jroirqbkk is almost of a different bar altogether, sorry bro, but it doesn't match my experiences, not to say that everyone has the same experience of course.
I don't like Lolitas, plain and simple, they can't seem to kick the smell, the girls techniques, even the long time ones, are not as good, but I do still go there when time and location work against me. been to Lolitas more times than SOL over the years...strange considering.

While I am not the veteran of SOL that you are Meatywsg, the few times I was there the bar had about a dozen or so people in it, one time it was more crowded (for that hole in the wall it was a crowd!). Our perspectives on what constitutes a crowd may differ, but that was the point of my message before. That, for some, even one or two people watching is to much for them. For me? I don't care how many are there! For the others? They suffer from a certain shyness that won't allow them to let loose and just enjoy the scene. They are the ones that see the others "peering with jealous eyes".
Maybe I was there during party rushes or something! lol
But normally it was not worth it to me, most nights, to make the trip to that area. When in BKK, I stay at the Royal/Grand President hotels and like to walk from bar to bar and maybe get a cab back. That way I can explore the hidden places too. Guess I also just prefer Sukhumvit to Patpong, even though SOL is there.
Now Boskoy...
When you sit in the "Naughty boy" corner in the After School bar on Soi Cowboy you can be seen by all. If you happen to look up from the sexy little brown suck machine you will notice that everyone in the bar can be seen and can see you... maybe not the ones on the opposite end of the bar in the front corner, but I have toasted others sitting at the bar as I was being serviced, they just smiled and raised their glasses back at me. When the bar is crowded and you are not at the bar, the people can block the view to Naughtyboy corner. I have been serviced at the bench seats on the same wall as the stage, not many noticed what was happening then. That had been my experience in the After School Bar anyway.
Now I have not been to BKK for over 2 years now, so maybe they changed the design of the Afterschool?
None the less.. All the trips I took to BKK were a blast! Even the 2 times I went there for the dental work! haha Some places I frequented more often (like Lolitas) then others. But in the end... it is all up to what you want and like.. which ever bar does it for you or gives you what you want.. GO THERE!  Just don't forget to explore a little, take some time to look around and even smell the proverbial roses!.. You may like what some little hole in the wall bar has to offer!
