Most hotels will allow a second if you register them. I did stay at at the Crown regency Serviced apartments just 3 weeks ago, they never eveb asked me to register a guest., It's right next to the action. LOTS of freelancers about.. Just go to 'Beach Club".. It's packed full of them.
