Road 104 is the road I like the most. Few live music bars and some nice hostess bars.
Shanghai pretty solid all the time. 24 hour loads of hostesses pool table, multi floor with ok food.
Xanado Bar. Met one of the best women for BJ's there in my entire life, seems she has a rep, as I found out my business partner for Cambodia took her as well a few weeks before me and he said the same. She is easy to spot, she dresses like a goth.
Pontoon Club (free lancer's "at night") Buy a bottle and get free VIP seating, free entrance and if you have spare in the bottle next time you come, no lining up and strait in the VIP door. Freelancers seem to pay more attention to you if you have a sofa.
The other odd street like 136 etc well worth a visit, avoid Candy bar, never been grabbed and pulled in by so many scam drinkers. It's like been held in a net, walked in jumped on by 10 women, 2 ladyboy's and 1 midget. Seems common in this place in recent years.
Angry Birds bar is nice and run well by a Brit.
I think PP it's great and prefer a lot to Bangkok but we are all different.
Good cheap hotels
Great food, nice local people. PP has come up a lot in the last 5 years. Business is booming with Billions of Chinese investment.

Just came back from a 4 day in PP.
Low on punsters out there and the girls are feeling it. Pulled out of Rose bar one that I know well but she has lost her fire. Was taken to some local places the next 2 days, nothing special but fun enough.
My last night the plan was to head off to street 130. I went to get some ribs at Sharky's first though, which in the last few years has seen a major drop in freelancers, one approached me out of the 5 or 6 in there. Good English, full on wanted the Shag's love truncheon. Bought me a beer to seal the deal, which I thought was a nice touch. She was tall, not over dark like locals normally are, her nose was a bit out of wack. Just got fired from her full time job, so she is back on the game. Nice tight fitted black dress, smart shoes good but not over the top makeup, no tits but legs up to her arm pits. $50 LT
One of the bar staff who would be the normal western guys type, very tall, black on black skin, just would not leave me alone even when I had this chick with me. Seems the girls who work behind the bar can be taken out.
Also had lunch in Shanghai as they use real fresh potatoes for their chips. One of the younger girls in there who I had taken before was back. She is short dark skin but big chest. Good English, works afternoons to early evening. Let me do to her whatever I wanted and I did take the piss but she was through the entire session a total star fish but she did say before to me "I can do everything for you".
From the first take I did in PP to even the new one from Sharky, all don't seem to care about condoms and all seem to want to do it BB. I am not a BB guy but if you are, then jump in. Not many offer BJ (yam yam in there lingo) but I have found a few.
With the locals I have found being more chatty and flirty at the start pays well later. Not due back for about 2 months. Next trip is Burma.

Had a week in PP in feb. I like the beer bar scene there. Find the girls a lot more friendly than BKK. I got lucky most of the time with girls who really enjoyed time with customers back at the hotel. Only one downside is the height issue. I told my friend there that I like my girls tall and skinny and he started laughing. And true enough- a tallish girl there is impossible to find. And offcourse the other downside is the lack of nudity in the bars- its a lot easier at t gogo in bkk where you know what your getting into with their topless dances and itsy bitsy bikinis. On the plus side- Cambodia is by far the cheapest P4P in asia!
