Thanks all.
In case I have found my bill is over charged (let's say, i had only 3 glasses of coke, but they charged me for 5), then what should I do?
Is there any way to resolve or possbily prevent such as ripped off?

Often the Mamasan/cashier trying to get some extra - and not the TG you are talking too ; best to save a bit of face by telling either the BG or a waitress, that you think there is a "little mistake" with the bill = "check bin mai took nid noy" - normally they will take it away, and return with it altered. This is better than having a confrontation in the bar - and yes, have had it happen in Patpong regularly, but never in Cowboy/Nana.

I think that's right - if you keep cool and make it clear (politely) that you know the score, these problems are often resolved satisfactorily enough. Also a good point about not blaming the BGs for management faults. Be a bit wary of them, even so, because there's a higher proportion of mercenary little shits in PP than the other venues (though it is certainly NOT true that all the PP girls are like this).
You have to remember that PP is almost wholly geared towards guys stopping over, short-term tourists & others straight off the plane. Stripping as much dough off them in the shortest space of time is the name of the game - and for that reason, I don't think it's a very good place for unaccompanied newbies. No need to set yourself up for these hassles before you've found your feet.
But for non-newbies, PP can be OK. You have to learn to play it a bit differently from Nana/Cowboy, but once you've got the measure of the place it can be a refreshing change. Anyway, imho it's a mistake to write Patpong off altogether. Ý
