Any Bars where you have full strip shows, like you have in pubs in London at lunch time. Day time is the prefered time.

the ONLY place I know of is in Jomtien, and their show isn't a strip show, but a Lesbian show, so you can see the gals eating each other out 
while the venue opens early, the show isn't until 3 or 4pm, still a lot earlier than any topless shows in Pattaya
and the gals dance topless, most of them, since opening, at around lunchtime
BTW, credit is due to ExpatChuck & Machine for letting us know about that place

for just the second time but knew how to take the
baht bus to Jontiem Beach...How would I ermmm.. snif
this place out?
By chance is it the B.B. in Jontiem that i've seen mentioned, but sadly missed on my first trip?

Blind Beggar used to have some wild shows back when they were called Winchester club, not really sex shows, but Amateur shows.
Gals from other bars would come and dance & be judged by the patrons, and given prizes, before being offered a ST upstairs, 555 
well, that's all history now that the police decided to pressure them, but
Champion Go-Go is having shows daily, lesbo show  , razorblade show
if you're coming from South Pattaya, it's right before the KFC in Jomtien, on the left, right after an archway marking the entrance to Jomtien Beach
