Harold - going rate for ST in Patpong is the same as anywhere else, ie 1500Bt tops. Don't let any girl tell you different.
BTW for somewhere quiet and relaxed, Executive Lounge is the best. The place has not changed for many years, for me this part of the charm. And the girls all very decent and friendly, though some have limited English. Only problem I've had is some girls can get very jealous when you butterfly about, which I tend to do.
As I know the place very well, I'd offer to take care of anybody there - unfortunately I'm stuck in UK on business for a while. I miss the place.
