Wish you all the best, I checked out the Plaza on my last trip (May) and it was quite dead. But to be fair it was only a walk around in the late afternoon will give it a go on my next trip see if there’s more action as Suk needs a more laidback alternative to Nana or Cowboy

Hi MontyDog, certainly Suk1 is much quieter than NEP or SC. That's mainly because poeple don't even know it exists! (Hence the website etc...). There are no gogos, so it's much more laid back than NEP/SC. And also much cleaner (I mean no trash on the floor etc...)
As with any business, you should have cash reserves to fund the outgoings whilst you build up the business. I reckoned on 18 months funding before breaking even, (but I did it in 6 months..). But I think some of the smaller Thai-owned bars cannot afford this level of cash reserves, so certainly some bars will come up for sale.
I'm going to Pantip Plaza this week to buy the wifi Access Point. As mentioned, internet access will be completely free wherever you can get a signal in Suk1. But a visit to one of our bars will be much appreciated

Well, after a couple of field trips I've come to the following conclusions:
- A large proportion of the guys walking in, walk out without visiting a single bar
- The greatest assets of Revolution Bar are the second hand couch and the ladyboy at the door.
- Suk 1 Plaza will become a second Soi 0 in the months to come...

Happyguy 1st let me say do not take Dr love’s comments to heart too much he has a way a blurting, this is what he was trying to say.
As you are a member of this forum and you have a place there constructive criticism is always best I feel

Great ladyboy in one of the bars perhaps if all the bars had one like that then a few more customers might go in.
Nice couch in one of the bars a lesson to be learnt for the others.
I hope that this complex dose not die a death like soi 0 more attention might be needed in certain areas like a way of stopping people from walking in and out without visiting a bar. Well best of luck and I hope it dose better.
