My thoughts:
- This bar has very few customers.
- View is pretty limited (Cat House has better views).
- The hamburger is so so and overpriced (after tasting the 45 baht bacon-cheese-egg at Kiss, Pattaya)
- Girls are so-so, seem to ignore most of the customers.

Agree on the burgers -
Re girls ignoring customers - I think this is deliberate - the girls are happy to come over if encouraged, I think they have been instructed not to automatically hastle the punters who might just be there for the food and a beer....
I think that makes a refreshing change - nice to have some bars where the girls are all ovr you, and nice to have some where they are not....

Then I say DrL...let's take the party to them...and, for the night of the 11th in November....well...yours truly is at it again...party on me fellow mongers...overpriced burgers and so-so girls included! We'll do what we can to liven up the place then! Besides...if things don't work out...well....NEP is right there!

me thinks that the early shift cook is not as good as the night time one.
view is good enough. of course big dogs and lucky luke have a better view, but big mango deserves some biz too!!
girls were/are fine and friendly.
the place is damn cheap at happy hour (99 baht for a big hamburger with fries!!). beer is like 50 to 60 baht.
unless you wanna take a bus to pattaya...
you may stay at the cat house, doc.

as for the comment on the girls.. they are good to go and are a lot of fun but as some of us have already said they have a no hastle policy.. just let them know you want to be hastled.

I'm absolutely flabbgergasted. This is so far from the obvious and apparent truth that the possibility rears its head of...what? personal malice? planting negative commentrary to benefit other bars?
Of course, I have to allow for a differences in personal taste as far as the burgers go. An awful lot of people (including me) think they're the best in Thailand. Still, as they say, I will defend your right to be wrong no matter how idiotic your view. But as to the rest.....
Saying the bar has few customers and a lousy view cannot possibily be a matter of our having different perceptions. It's just plainly false. Whether your observation is false out of ignorance or false out of malice, I will leave to others to judge.
