Gulliver's Soi 5 is probably the best all around watching environment.
If you're not interested in hearing the vuvuzela's buzz all night long and want to stare at some pretty hot girls at halftime. Tilac on Cowboy has a lot of nice big screens, one on each of the 4 walls of the square, that makes for a nice viewing experience.
