Titanium is not really a pickup joint. You have to barfine the girls there, and it's 2,000 B. If you are going to pay barfines, then I would include the bars along Soi 33, and all the go-go bars for that matter.
Best time for Spasso and CM2 is around 11:30 - 12 midnight.
Q Bar? Hmmm... I was there a couple of weeks ago, but I was upstairs having some shisha, so I didn't get a chance to check out the girls downstairs. I've had a few freelancers in the past, but have not gotten any from there lately.
My favorite place is Spicy (at Rong Meaung, most if not all taxi drivers know where it is), but you have to get there after 2 am, as it is an after hours club. Do not confuse it with Spice Club on Sukhumvit soi 11.

Yup, that pretty much sums it up. Spicy is an after hours club, so go in there after 2 am, and you may find a good gem in there. I have been lucky many times.
Bangkok Beat is a bar on Sukhumvit Soi 7/1. They open till 4 am. Visit their website here: http://bangkok-beat.com
Between 11:30 - 12:00 am, you could try Q Bar.
Try some of the Gentlemen clubs mentioned here.
