Not true my thai brother-in-law for one loves A Gogo's, if I ask 'where he wanna go tonight' its normally always NP. A few times he got discriminated but I took the bf back
no worries. I prefer MP myself and keep trying to get him to come along.
We go to A-Gogo to drink, watch and listen to rock music, Peppermint in Pattaya is one of his favorites mine too.

I don't think that Quack Quack is from Kansas. Like Osama bin Laden and the other 9/11 terrorists, QQ blames the US for whatever personal problems he has with the Saudi government, whom he thinks is/was worse that Saddam's "Iraq, Venezuela, Cuba, Guatemala etc."
Osama bin Laden also had a problem with the Saudi’s after they stripped him of his Saudi citizenship, and then deported him. Subsequently bin Laden blamed the US for that and then hatched the 9/11 terrorist attack using operatives from Saudi Arabia and Egypt (not even a single Palestinian).

There's a lot of stuff on this thread that I don't necessarily think is true.
And there's a lot of stuff on this thread that I do agree with.
There is discrimination all over the world and it changes according to the time, the place, the people and day. It's all too easy to generalize.
Wherever blind prejudice and discrimination rear their ugly heads, it is obscene. But the reasons for their emergence initially from an isolated incident is not always without cause. It's the application to the general that is the universal mistake.
Back in London - where. yes, people in the cold weather don't bathe so often, not thinking that the bacteria on their skin has the same opportune factors to grow and multiple as in hot weather, gives rise to intolerable body odour -
- London, where, now-a-days if you enter the West End, it would be a rare occurence to even catch a glimpse of an Engish person, it's so over-run by tourists and immigrants, but wake up, this cosmopolitan city is a part of the so-called global village and it is a fact that a lot of people don't like to wash in cold weather and that is their undoing -
- back in the London of the 1950's the signs on the working-girls rented apartments read 'No Irishmen', 'No Geordies' ( guys from Newcastle - north of England ), 'No Germans', 'No Italians', ' No red haired men', 'No handicapped', etc, etc, the list went on.
When the influx of Carribean workers came to settle at the British Governments request, the signs turned to 'No blacks'.
Interestring to note that it no longer applied as soon as the Carribean sisters took up their places on the P4P scene.
When Kenya and Uganda folded in the 60's, the signs turned to 'No Indians' or 'No Asians', 'No hippies'.
Likewise, when Asian sisters and Hippie-like girls took up work, these began to fade also.
You may also notice that the black girls around Soi 3 and the Grace don't discriminate, exept maybe occasionally, and that could be towards anybody, whatever nationality or race.
Prejudice and discrimination have a multitude of causes to begin to take hold, all equally false.. It can equally apply to falang in certain places and countries.
If you are English, try going to Iraq or Northern Ireland for a f***. On second thoughts, don't.
Here in Thailand, prostitution is illegal. So there is no protection from the law for these girls, and they know it.
Even if prostitution was legal, you know there would still be no protection for these girls here.
No girl wants to get bar-fined by one guy and then have to service ten back at the hotel.
No girl wants to give full service after the massage and the guy walking out not paying anything.
No girl wants to get into a situation of a more personal relationship where the guy insists that he goes bare-back, makes her pregnant and then dumps her.
True stories like these circulate.
Amongst the guys dipping into the bar-scenes here, I have seen groups of 'whites' behave disgracefully, as I have seen some 'blacks' behave disgracefully.
I have met girls who wont go with an Englishman or an American.
Others wont go with different nationalities or races or guys who just look a type regardless of where they come from.
A lot of girls are not enthusiastic about going with the 20 to 35 year olds, mainly because they either might not have enough money or they want too much sex.
Some old guys are refused, judging by their appearance and behaviour, on the grounds that they might not have enough money or that the work involved to eventually get them up would be just not worth the bother.
'Representatives' of all nationalities and races have been known to act disgracefully here in Thailand.
I don't think it's the clientele that gives rise to the 'Members Only' signs being applied at times, but the experiences of the girls and the true stories that they circulate.
Come off it !
Off all the men who have visited or lived in Thailand, have there been no devils in amongst us hordes of angels.
And from the Thai girl's perspective, it's 'Once bitten,twice shy."
Then again, to make generalizations is not fair and is not realistic. But, I suppose they try to protect themselves in the extremely vulnerable circumstances that they find themselves working in.

It is very unfortunate that such discussions are in this thread, and they do belong in the Z forum, but that is your fault, not mine.

QQ, to me it seems that if you'll ask BK to put up a list of bars that don't allow certain kinds of races in, you would like to punish them or have people avoid them for doing so.
As I said, there is no need to. Everybody has a choice, and most people can make decisions to move on if they are rejected.

Why do they need to be informed? Why do you want to separate bars? Are you going to ask BK also to list which races they prohibit to enter. Africans, Indians, Asians...?
Why not put up lists of bar girls who do runners, bars which scam etc etc etc.....

unless 50 of us all go and all get stopped etc then you cant really prove it was discrimination
maybe they just dont like you or you look cheap?
