So they were going to own 2 bars.
They started work on the second bar and registered the name.
Then the original owner of the original bar renegs on the deal and stops the transaction.
You ever tried renaming a bar after it's in place, look at the Cowboy bars with 2 names....difficult process.
Name in place - deal done.
As for the customers, they speak with their feet, who wants to listen to the whinger (a noted Aussie trait) in soi 7/1?

thank God no-one has stolen my " Map of Tasmania bar " name.
If you ever tried to register a company in Thailand you would find that many many names are taken,, it took me 14 attempts to get an acceptable name for me company.
