I'd have to agree with this. Saw this thread, figured I'd give the bar a try. Interesting location, but out of the way for me. Quite far up soi 11 for the casual stopping by. I could really only see people going to it if they're in the hotels nearby, or if some greater marketing cachet was developed.
Of course, they do have some cachet. Like (one of) the pool tables being off balance, and the beams holding up the building interfering with the cues. 
A nice enough bar otherwise.
Although I do wonder if there's ever going to be a car plowing through the front door, what with that steady stream of headlights pointing into the windows.

Thinking about what this bar has, and what it does not have, as I sat there the other night.
I had two thoughts.
1. I don't think they take full enough advantage of the visibility of their bar to all the vehicles driving head on towards it. There's a long period of time in which drivers (and passengers) are forced to look at the bar's frontage. This seems to beg for some sort of display to invite people in. Dirty windows and a pair of pool tables really aren't that inviting a visage.
2. Again with the oncoming traffic. How to make use of all the headlights coming in? The lights are moving both horizontally and vertically; presumably if there were some medium that passively refracted the light, it would provide an inexpensive visual display to entertain those viewing it (especially with use of alcohol). Some sort of colored glass mosaic seems easy enough to do. Some sort of lava lamp effect would be more expensive, but would would allow for less repetetiveness in the display.

I thought they had 2 for 1 every night, 5-9pm.
Anyhow, I do wonder why they have their normal price set at 100 baht for a gin tonic. G/T is my measuring stick these days.
3 for 2 ends up as 67 baht, but only if you want 3 drinks.
Ava (soi 33 type bar, but down the street on soi 11) is only 90 baht. And you get better pool, more girls, no poles in the way, and free peanuts. MMMmmmm... and that 19 year old greeter.
Gullivers is, of course, 59 baht until 9pm, then 75 baht.
Most places seem to range from 75-90 baht in the area.
