I don't see anything wrong with places being selective on who they let in. If they don't like a certain type of person coming in, that's their perogative. It's their business and ultimately they are making a business decision that it is better for business to exclude those people. If I am told "members only", I will accept that and move on to the next bar that does want me as a customer. I don't understand why you people are complaining. It's just business.
If you don't like it, you should open your own bar and allow whoever you want as your customers. But it's not your or my decision on who others want to allow as their customers. Who are you to tell others how to run their business?
That's just my opinion.

but... Isn't it my prerogative to boycott businesses who discriminate based on race. The business card plays both ways, as I am the client and I don't care to do business in these types of places. I think threads like this are great. Racists now know where to spend their hard earned cash and the rest know to steer clear.

Yes, that is your right.
I'm not so sure these people are racists though. For example, in Jakarta, Indonesia many places ban blacks from their establishments because there is a huge problem with black Nigerians dealing drugs in that city. Racism has nothing to do with it. The drug dealing does.

i generally dont care for racism but if the bar I go to to get my girls does then so be it. hard enough tryiung to find the good girls, cant worry about the social ills of bangkok. thats wot their prime minister is for...lol.

I can think of nothing worse than sitting next to a smelly f***er on the plane out of Africa and then suffering the same smelly f***ers in a bar at home too.
