Once for all. There is only a couple of people on that board who have relevant information and none of them could tell exactly when the current situation will change.
There is way too many issues mixing up at the wrong time.
This being said, there is still plenty of places to go and maybe some new clubs to try. Curb is a good example and now closing 2ish++.
As for after hours, a couple of calls around 2AM and you know where to go. I was up in clubs until 9-10 in the morning last week end, same last night and most days this week. No worries on that aspect.
The main issue is for these few clubs that are getting most trouble right now and their survival. There is no reason to discuss pertaining details here with strangers.

But cooler heads prevailed and they re-racked the game for us, good thing for me because I was losing to IBFarang's girl.
The girl I was with (aka Ice Queen) seemed to know everyone in the after-hours place, I think she'd been there before.  Absolutely zero starfish rating on this one, she'd been working the bar awhile so thought I would try something new. Ice cubes! Farkn’ Russians always more interested in each others manhood than all the pussy in Thailand.
I got no problems with blokes beatn’ each others meat – but take it outside so the rest of us can finish our beers in peace.
My girl is always a bit miffed at me for helping to break up fights – she has the typical Thai mentality of stayn’ out of messes that ya got no truck in. But I have a few regular type places and when things start to get out of hand I am always willing to give the staff a hand at keepin’ da peace. As for closing times, I don't really care that much, most times I'm ready to take off when they close anyway. The only closing time I care about is Family Mart selling ice at 7 baht/bag and they are open 24 hours/day.
