Tilac used to be a favorite of mine but I'd been hearing rumors that the quality declined. Having checked it out I'd say yes. But it's still worth checking out.
Do any of the coyote girls go with customers? I heard that you can't barfine 'em so I'm suspecting that is a no, but I can dream can't I.

Entering Tilac was quite a shock after Rawhide. There's really no comparison between the vibes I get in Tilac versus Rawhide - to me Tilac is the clear winner.
That's not to say there aren't things that I didn't like. The basic bar layout is weird and not very good from a customer point of view (viewing the girls, that is). As you enter the stage is straight ahead with 4 large bar tables on each side of it. Girls dancing on the stage as well as 3 bar tables on each side. Lounge seating along the edges and lots of bar stools.
Its difficult to get seats where you can view the majority of the girls. On the sides you can't see much except for the bar table girls on your side and a portion of the stage. We managed to get seats along the back wall, where you could see most of the bar table girls on both sides and the stage.
The way the girls form up to dance on the stage is also a bit strange. They make an X shape and dance like that, rotating from time to time.
Quality of the girls was okay. A couple of good lookers. There were several (at least 4) girls that looked a lot like ladyboys. The servers and the girls we asked insisted that there were no ladyboys in the bar. All of these either worn black or white shorts and were very tall and thin - their heads came quite close to the ceiling. And, they often danced a bit different from the other girls. Oh well, I have no evidence that they were ladyboys, just a suspicion. (So, if you like the real tall, thin Isan type there are some in Tilac right now.)
Unlike Rawhide, the Tilac girls circulated throughout the room. There were lots of girls with lots of customers.
#47 was quite cute, with that slim build that can drive you wild. Poscat told me that he loved that look and bar fined that type often - and sometimes felt he was bar fining the same girl just from a different place. Speaking of bar fining, Poscat wasn't going to tonight, but changed his mind after a particularly cute one (not #47 type) set after him. I'll leave it up to him to continue that story.
Drinks were a reasonable 95bt at midnight. Seemed like lots of girls got bar fined, as the quantity and quality waned as the night got late.

Yes there is happy hour pricing, and if it is still the same now you can buy tickets during happy hour at happy hour prices to use later in the night, but not for buying lady drinks, and they have to be used that night. With no nudity it would be hard justifying more than a few drinks past happy hour. Any girl you fancied you would be out of there with her before long anyway.
For a thursday night at 11pm there were about 80 girls still there, and out of that many you could find whatever you were looking for on the scale, except I didn't see any exceptionally large breasted girls, lots of nice faces, and bodies, but nothing over a "C" cup size. All the girls looked over 21 also. There might have been some younger, but if there were they didn't look it.
Number 47 was small and only about 40kilos, but preportunately built for her size, although small breasted, a good personality from listening to her, but she seemed to be selective as three younger men were being seated in her area, and she immediately left to the other side of the room.
