If you have been around enough to spot them, then what do you care? People talk of angelwitch and afterschool and rainbow, but I think that is just because from time to time they have the occasional good-looking Thai girl or girls.
G Spot is more consistent.
Yes, over the years there have been dips in supply. But usually, it is at least 60 - 80 % filled with fun girls who are really good to be with and some of them are very very plewsant to the eye and well as every other part of your body.
Only gripe would be that the bar-fine is a little higher but then if you are a western visitor from Falangland, you don't give a f***...or in this case you most probably will.

Yes, it certainly brings tears to my eyes when I think of what G-Spot used to be and maintained itself for many years with vibrant girls ( long gone ) who were fun and energetic, daring and naughty by the bar standards and what it has become now.
A lot has to do with recruitment and who's recruiting. Relying on just contacts through the existing girls doesn't generally work and this passive recruitment of filling a vacancy with anybody has been the cause as well as appointing people in positions of management who haven't a clue about running a bar or looking after dancers and who possess no people skills.
Passive recruitment only works if you have a good lot of humorous, fun and energetic girls to start with who will be mixing with like-minded girls outside and back at home who attract and introduce the same sort of personality types.
Another factor in the 'tone' of the bar, besides the expectations set and howthey are applied by the managers and mamasans which is crucial, is the chemistry between the girls, but this is only set against a backdrop of relaxed but formal application of the "rules and penalties" and a created pleasant atmosphere in which to work.
It's like any other place of work. If you get a network of complainers and destructive gossipers, no-one is really going to be happy there and a sober customer senses that the moment he walks through the curtains.
It is a sad fact to acknowledge that there are a few bars which depend on the customer being blind-drunk the moment he enters the bar for him to experience any enjoyment at all.
Having said that, there are bars where you can walk in and the atmosphere hits you like an ostrich feather tickling your balls.
