Is there a difference in Rainbow 3 from other Rainbows? For instance do newer girls start in this smaller venue and then move up? Do girls go back and forth between Rainbows? Why would a girls choose R3?

The owner of Rainbow 3 is not the same as the other Rainbows.
Hard to say why a girl would choose one bar over another; often times it is because they know someone who already works there who suggested they work there too. Girls return to their village and flash around some baht and gold; then others get the idea that the money is easy and ask her to take them back with her to her bar. Sometimes the owners ask the girls to bring friends from their village too.
Sometimes girls will leave a bar because she may not be in, or has fallen out of favor with the 'bar girl mafia' in that particular bar. One girl I know started as a greeter in Cowboy and when she decided to move up to the dancing stage; she moved to a different bar down the Soi because she said one of the other servers did not like her and would punch and slap her around frequently. She was not part of their group.

uncle owns rainbow 2 and 4. his sister owns rainbow 1 and the short time hotel and her son owns rainbow 3, villa bar and part of 1.
