There must be a rub and tug somewhere! I went to a bbq steak place near Ramkamhaeng 66 and there seemed to be a lot of tarts eating there, so I assumed there was a parlour nearby.

There are at least 2 massage joints right there on Ramkamhaeng near where you were. One is called Laleena, I believe; can't recall the other. Names are in Thai, so again--good to be able to read at least the word "massage".
Now go over to Lad Prao, still near Bangkapi, and there are a bunch of cafes there. You can f*** those girls if you speak Thai and try and don't speak Thai but try.
