NF – Some of the bars on SC target the happy hour and others do not. Those that do target happy hour try to make sure they have enough and decent looking ladies coming in early. Those that do not target happy hour usually do not really get started until after 9. So you were probably a little early to get a good taste of what SC has too offer.
As for the tip – up to you. Rarely do the ladies who actually ask for a tip really deserve a tip. If you received services worthy of a tip then you should be well aware of it, and then tip. Sunday night always the worse night. Lots of girls take this day off. (try that in a US Strip club) seems an excellent cost for value.
