I hope that wink at the end of your leather pants comment wasn't an inference or attempt to trick the newbies, or those of us who haven't been to LOS in a while. (I was last there in '95) Because I was thinking about taking a pair of leather pants with me to Thailand when I go later this year and would like to try to avoid getting hit on by gay dudes. I had that problem in Phucket back in 95 and was only wearing regular jeans. 
I know it's common to haze newbies and those that've been out of the loop for a while..but C'MON NOW!!

As I said in the post, that was the result from a survey among members. I can not remember the thread. But perhaps our resident librarian (nokna) may later point that link here to facilitate cross-referencing.
The other thing we seem to see lot of lately are large red shiny silk shirts with large white polka dots. Thight black pants (like flamenco dancers) and high heel black leather boots seem to go well with these shirts.
