To me the LOS experience is all about maintaining a nice steady buzz from about 10AM until I lay my head on the pillow. During my recent trip to Pattaya that was the routine: breakfast between 9AM and 10, then hit my favorite beer bar and begin drinking beer. I usually go native and drink Chang or Singha. Singha tastes a bit like Pale Ale to me, which is one of my regular beers here in the States, but Chang is usually cheaper so I drink it often as well. If I can limit myself to one beer every 20-30 minutes I can keep the buzz in fine shape. The problem arises when that first one tastes so good that you start drinking faster. Throwing in an occassional whiskey is an effective kicker as well, but mixing your alcohol can get you in trouble if you're not careful.
Definitely nothing better than enjoying the Thai heat for a few hours at a beer bar with a steady supply of beer, mixed in with a few bottles of water, a nice Thai lunch, and regular smooches from your tilac. Now that's Heaven.

Irwin, you have got it about right there bro. I tend to throw in the occasional water between every two or three bottles of Singha but then I dont drink the gold.
The nice steady flow is right but first night is a killer straight off the plane hotel change and out by 17.00.
I always get absolutly rat arsed first night and then every two or three days repeat finishing off with the last night.
Usually find a bloody good girl the first night. after all she has to manage to get me back to the hotel and shower me and get me into bed any girl who does this is a saint in my eyes. May not be capable of a f_ck that night but just give me the next morning and I am raring to go.
I must point out that after getting in the Bar at 17.00 on my first day I am usually back in the Hotel room and in bed with one or two prettys by 18.30 hence not too much of an issue if I don't have a shag when I fall into bed that night that night.

Do you guys who drink Singha beer get a headache?
It is instant headache after only 2 beers for me.
I never have the problem with Heineken.
Amstel also gives me an instant headache.
What is in these beers that cause the headache?

Chang is better for me - but after 6 or 7, there is a headache the next day 555

Bud Ice also leaves a pretty mean headache the day after. Good stuff, will do the job, but damn if I don't pay for it the next day.
