Ain't that the truth? I don't know how many times I've been told by someone "Wait til you see her... She's so good looking!" only to be totally unimpressed upon meeting the young lady in question. Which is not to say that my taste is the "right" one; As you say it's a good thing -- for us AND the girls. Even some girls that might seem unattractive can usually find someone that wants them.

I agree with all you say.
I tend to stay away from the threads about specific girls and searches for phone numbers etc. There are so many girls in LOS, all that is needed is to turn up, be polite and you will find "the right girl" That's what surely makes LOS so attractive.

I didn't mean someone was putting rude words. Not at all. Just said
"....I don't want this thread to be spoiled with rude words. Polite comments are very welcome instead. The discussion here is excellent and we are just sharing bits of "way of thinking...."
....and I put this cos WE DO KNOW that there is a very well known moron in the forum who loves to impose his ideas by diminishing other 's post insulting and throwing the liver in HIS comments. I think this issue is clear and I agree with you when you said "....I agree they (rude words) are unecessary and inappropriate.
We are two more then....
When I refered to UNIQUE places I was refering to the issue that we have to be a bit naive thinking that protecting certain info on places/TGs believing that by this way the girls will be away from the people of the forum and others is NOT the best way. I didn't feel the need to base THIS issue on any post. I just brought it cos I thought it was important. However, we couldn't be able to learn on others's experiences by NOT sharing general/detailed info. We know that the TGs are WORKING and their purpose is to make money to survive and ocassionaly to have a good relationship with a falang guy....je!
I didn't mean to involve comments from HAMM or any other member just to allow me posting a criticism or so....THIS is my way of thinking only. I guess this is clear also.
I have NOTHING against the way of thinking of the bros at all. THIS FORUM is a place to share info accepting the members' feelings as they are....I am fun No. 1 on this.
Now, talking about the issue on whether someone wants to volunteer the information or prefers to let people find it on their own. I believe the guys are doing the right thing by either keeping the info or making it public (with reserve sometimes). I fully understand this as well and share the feeling of both sides.
Names of TGs exposed? Time proved that I was wrong along with other members. We thought that DETAILED info can be shared in a kind basis and we got f_cked up. Lesson learned. We are in the same side of the road as well....
Finally, people who know me posting since October 2001, even long before you did enter the forum, are completely aware that that I've never addressed someone with disrespect or rude words or even try to impose my way of thinking. I am a Thai culture lover and NEVER will IMPOSE my ideas or way of thinking. I just share it....I think you do the same. Cheers!

I had no idea that this would rouse the troops so completely! ŬI am glad that so many folks took this seriously enough to post thoughtful comments.
For me, and as MrJoe pointed out, Skip's "The best things in life have some sweat and earned equity factored into their discovery..." says it all.
I guess I should clarify my position a bit: I am NOT against sharing my 'discoveries' here, or against the free exchange of info on this forum. ŬRather, I am selective about exactly what I share, and with whom.
I EXPECT that any place I 'discover', will be discovered by others sooner or later, and that's swell. ŬI ENJOY the hunt, and will be glad to search out the next, as yet undiscovered, neat place. ŬI just want to slow down the Type 2 carpetbaggers a bit.

Gents, I had the honor of meeting a BG friend of a frequent poster in here and she was as nice and charming as he described. I was just the delivery boy for a gift for her. The act of kindness was not lost on her so sweet-looking friends either - my friend got very possessive after some of her friends took an active interest in the farang that delivered a gift. lol I just hate when a nude girl jumps on my lap and whispers she wants to go with me. What is a weak willed old man to do, I ask??? Made my day and am sure provided them with a bit of fun! Not all use the info here for their own games.

I admit I misunderstood your post and I apologize. I'm glad to see that we're basically in agreement. Of course, it's OK if we don't agree too, but finding common ground is always more pleasant and in this case I'm glad when everyone has the best intentions for the board and its members.
As for your being a longtime poster; I'm well aware of that. I've read a lot of the old threads and I also lurked for quite a while before joining. I've said before that the reason I joined is because I was impressed by the generally decent attitudes towards the girls shown by most and the civil way the regular members conducted themselves; Your posts were among those.
Finally; it's my habit and my preference to be straightforward and when I feel something strongly I express it that way and I know that it can be annoying at times. But I very rarely intend to annoy or upset anyone and never, I feel, without a purpose. So I'm glad if you think that I'm civil and don't impose my ideas on anyone. I honestly don't mind if people disagree with me on issues, but I hope thay would think about me as you say.
