Nothing difficult. Find a guy who wants to do it... then just talk to the girls and find out if they're willing. I'd venture that a majority are, especially if the price is right.
A friend of mine used to pick out non-working (or at least they claimed to be) gals out of Q Bar for this type of thing. Course it helped that he and his friend are both young and presentable.
