There is a new small hotel at the top of Soi 10, called Cozy at Ten.
Great location – near the top of the Soi.
Reasonable rates – 1400 baht per night.
LAN in the room
Decent view over looking the park from many of the rooms.
Place is new so rooms are pretty nice
Sorry I do not have the phone number. Will take a look when I return to BKK and post if no one else posts it before my return from Aussyland.

Actually it is the emergency exit “rope” to climb down from the upper floors should there be a fire.
But for sure it also can be used to access the internet should there be no fire.

That is why I did not bother with the phone number.
Problem is the site is not up - and TIT it may never be.
