This new hotel is on most forums, and I am getting emails in everyday asking bout it. Surprized no thread exists on Bkk Tonight already.

Have some info about this hotel. Been on the phone with the Sales Manager today to clarify some details.
Standard 22 sqm.
Superior 26 Sqm.
Deluxe 30 Sqm.
The rate for Agoda is 1,396 for Standard and 1,815 Baht for Superior till the 31.12.08 These prices are for Room Only and do not include any breakfast. Not so many people want the breakfast anyhow. These rates are exclusive of taxes and only on the next screen you get the Usd rateof 46.50 for Std and 60 Usd for Standard.
Agoda have a fantastic deal of the upgrade till 31.12.08. I asked the manager about this and Standard rooms and Superior rooms are not finished yet and the hotel upgrades to Deluxe. Expected completion is the end of November/ Early December agents get this as well however only till 20th November 08.
Come Jan 1st, the hotel is pricing the hotel far too high and would struggle to fill the rooms at these prices. However nice they are at these sizes. Many new hotels opening up and a big downer for some is the lack of a bathtub for those intimate moments.
In my opinion Darjelling is a steal at 1,700 Baht. Has everything you would need and rooms are 25 sqm. Bathtub, free internet, new also and the owner willing to keep the price till next year. Citi Chic also around the same money as Sacha Superior/Dlx, but rooms are 35 sqm and has both shower and Bathtub. Free internet as well.

Not necessary. Agoda counts referrals from a domain or URL. No affiliate ID is needed.

There is a server variable called HTTP REFERRER which tells them that the click came from bkkx.com. That's how it works.

I agree with Tim.
The rates at Sacha Uno Hotel look far too high for next year, given the size of room. I like the location on Soi 19, but the rooms would have to be pretty special to make it worthwhile.
I am looking for a hotel in Bangkok for March next year and for me there are better options elsewhere.
The rate at Sacha Uno Hotel for March is $79 US (about 2744 Baht) on Agoda for the 22 sqm. Standard Room.
A 39 sqm. Studio at Legacy Suites on Soi 29 costs 2799 Baht. http://www.thaihoteldiscounts.com/thailand/bangkok/accom/Legacy_Suites_Suk_29/index.htm
or a 33 sqm. Studio at Aspen Suites on Soi 2 can be had for 2114 Baht.

Rooms at Legacy Suites are same quality as Adelphi Suites (Soi 8), I have not tried Aspen Suites yet. Adelphi Suites are now out of my price range, especially since the startling crash in the value of the UK Pound.
