Anybody have any funtime experiences with any of the maids or staff members at any of the hotels? I managed to score with one at the Tropicana hotel in Pattaya years ago and was hoping to at least try again when I hit BKK later this year.
More specifically, anyone have any experiences with any of the maids at the Manhattan? How would you guys rate their looks? I understand that their wages aren't exactly on the high side, and think that some may be willing to make some bhat on the side. If not for full service then perhaps some non-explicit photo shoots.

BigDUSA,you are right.On my first trip to Thailand I talked to this really beautiful and sweet girl who worked in the cocktail bar of the hotel I was staying.I finally plucked up courage to ask her out and she said to me that they weren't allowed to go out with anyone staying at the hotel or they would be sacked.I guess it would be the same for maids too.

If you're staying in a hotel, and mess with the help, EVERYONE will know, and you will cause her MAJOR loss of face if you try to bring another girl there. ÝWhy you would want to do this is beyond me.
As has been pointed out, the maids, regardless of their beauty or friendliness, are NOT whores, at least the ones you will find in any decent hotel in BKK. ÝThey work incredibly hard, and get paid precious little to clean up after some real slobs. ÝAnd if they make the mistake of falling for a sex tourist like yourself, they can only be the worse for it.
Get a life. ÝSmile and tip them well, and be thankful for all the other choices you have.

Now that's another question in itself. What if you do hook up with a gal that works as a maid at the place you're staying and she's off duty or on a lunch break or whatever. Of course you wouldn't (or shouldn't) do anything while she's working and "on the clock". Now correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't all bets off if she is not on the clock, and like any other TG, if you are straight up honest about your intentions about just looking for a good time or fun?
To me so long as she is not on the clock and if she understands that it's just the thing of just having a good time, and if her job is not in jeopardy then things should be cool.
What do you guys think? Try not to crucify me TOO bad on this one.

Hmmm.
I'm sure it would be OK to hook up with a maid if she's off duty (not sure about a lunch break) but I question whether she would automatically be interested in being paid for any hanky-panky. Just because someone is lowly paid doesn't necessarily mean they are willing to do anything for money. Not all TGs are like that, in MHO.
I think you are more likely to score a freebie if you treat them nice and take them out, just as you would in your own country.
The lady who gave me a massage at the Ambassador Hotel offered to be my girlfriend (I had to turn her down). I'm sure she would have been more than happy to go out with me and I'm sure things would have developed after that. For me to have offered her money for sex may not have been received very enthusiastically, I believe.
