Between Sawasdee Pattaya and Honey Inn, which one is better in terms of rooms and facilities? I presume they are gf. They both look walking distance to Soi 8. I was also thinking Eastiny Place, being its 800 baht and a nice hotel. Sawasdee Pattaya offers weekly rates though, a big plus.

You are correct both are GF; I prefer the Sawasdee because behind the Honey there's a very loud karaoke complex that has Thai music blasting all night. (that may have changed because I haven't been to Pattaya for 1 year) But the Honey has a pool. Both hotels have a free safety box at the reception desk. I once stayed at the Eastiny on Soi 8-its a nice hotel but I don't like Soi 8; I prefer the beerbars off 2nd Road. Other Pattaya hotels I've stayed at and recommend include the Apex, Ice Inn, and the Sabai Lodge.

Sawasdee Pattaya has breakfast for an additonal 100 Baht. Is it worth it or just get it somewhere else? Did you hear the loud music at Honey Inn if you stayed on the front part of the hotel. If you prefer, you can send the information to my pm.
