Is Landmark within walking distance from Nana (like less than 3 blocks) ?
I stayed at Marriott and found it advantageous to be able to walk a girl to my room, walk back, and pick up another.
My friend recommened Landmark as another high class crib, but if I have to take a tuk-tuk, one way is fine, but crossing the street is a bitch going back.

Landmark is VERY VERY close to Nana, rooms on one side look down on the plaza.
No roads to cross and closer to BTS than JWM.
Get booked in, very nice pastry shop as well, the Salmon Quiche is fantastic.
I keep forgetting to go to the Huntsman pub, must remember next trip.

Talking of the Landmark and Jw Marriot am I right in thinking that they dont have balconies even in the suites?
Stayed at centre point apartment last time which had two balconies on the 22nd floor and it was great to sit out with my renta-honey drinking a beer taking in the sights.
Fancied a bit of luxury right on top of the action this time as in huge separate shower etc decent size room and a balcony.
The Amari boulevard has rooms with a terrace but they are on very low floors and with a terrible view and the rooms are quite small not to mention expensive for what they are.

Does the centre point silom have a decent pool with sunshine all day?
This is one of the great advantages of the Landmark where you can move between the pool and the sun deck as the sun shifts in the sky.

Spent some time at the LM--huntsman pub--as suggested by my TG. They have a decent band playing and a nice place to go if your in the middle of a GFE, which I was. Did notice some lookers sitting alone and might just stop in by myself the next time in town to get a better feel. I have no idea if some FL's hang out there but am willing to find. Drinks expensive--for LOS that is.

Huntsman's Pub in the Landmarek basement has a 2 for 1 drink policy until 2100 hrs....that when the band starts me thinks. Not a bad place but some quick nosh..but one wouldn't want to spend a whole evening there unless you are pretty grey behind the ears.
