The Hip Hotel is very nice. Reasonably new and guest friendly. Same owners as the Palazzo. You should look for Cool Studio with bathtub room. Only 1,450 Baht per night. Great price.
Veronika Residence is guest friendly. So so, not as good as Hip.
Atrium Boutique is guest friendly as well.
