I am booked in the 2 bedroom dynasty suite in May. I got it through contact with one of their booking agents who manage booking for all of the President hotels/aprts.
I couldn't find any details about the 2 bedroom Dynasty suite from their website;

so any feed back would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, I'll post after my stay.

hi there,
Stayed here 2 times in the last few months, and can say this is a very friendly hotel, with great staff!
No problems at all with ladies and stuff... Only thing is that the Rooms are a tad old. So in some rooms u can see the bathroom being aged...
I stayed in the Orchid Suite once, and it was excellent! superb bed, and really big place!

I am staying at the President Park this week and so far can only say good things about the place.
Firstly I like this area, Soi 24 is nice and has a London village feel about it. In other words, it seems have a nice community atmosphere with local supermarkets, restaurants, and coffee shops, (shame the main one is Starbucks, by far the worst of the coffee multiples around as they serve hot milk with a tinge of coffee masquerading as cappuccino in my not so humble opinion) but all within a few minutes of the city.
Regarding the issue of distance to Sukhumvit, it's a ten minute walk with Phrom Phong immediately at the end of Soi 24. Now, that’s fine on a less humid / hot day, but too much in the blasting heat of day, you will be wringing wet by the time you have walked half the distance. However, the taxi guys are always outside the President and the Davis opposite at all times of day and night.
I am really pleased with my 1900 baht 'executive room' which includes 24 hour in room internet access. Connection is via LAN cable which they send up to you if you don’t have your own (I didn't). Neither I, nor the expert they sent up could get it to work but I noticed that my laptop was picking up numerous wireless access points so I logged into one of the two unsecured ones and have been using that since my arrival.
Going off point, in the UK a guy has been charged with theft for doing this and faces a possible heavy fine or up to six months imprisonment. Mind, he was seen on multiple occasions sitting on the wall of a house in London for hours at a time with his laptop on his knees! Perhaps a little heavy handed in approach!

Their in-room, wired Internet is not charged by the minute or hour, it is charged by the day, although some rate plans/packages have it included at no additional charge.
