Here my 2 cents !
Last yr I went to a place called 'Sea of Love', its on Ratchada near Fortune Town. I heard (former) MP tycoon Chuwit owns the place.
Its quite far from the main Rd in a quiet soi, so a place for discrete encounters.
They have a very nice lobby and corridors, themed with nice pastel colors and 'Vargas' type of paintings on the wall, also in the rooms.
I have seen a few rooms, mostly studios, with a nice bed and sofa in it.
I think the rate was 600 B per night but monthly rent is a lot cheaper (abt 5000 B).
There are a lot of other appt buildings nearby, rates between 5000-10000 B per month, very popular and most of them 'tem' (full).

I think yr best bet is to goto Fortune Town and ask the motortaxi drivers to bring you there.
