Whether or not a hotel is guest friendly is always an issue when bookings are being made, as well as price, location and value for money.
Can you change now?? If you have only paid deposit, there are fair hotels in the area for less than 1200 baht per night for double occupancy. Besides that, we should not patronize hotels with crap guest policy.

Guys, thanks for the advice! It cost me a couple of dollars but I cancelled the booking at the Zenith and changed to the Landmark! f_ck the Zenith! and live the life at the Landmark!

Weeb I did the same, I changed my novotel siam to landmark. I heard good reviews about Landmark and its close to all the action as well
