In case anyone is interested. This hotel is guest friendly. I am staying here at the moment - no problem with guests. They must give ID - but that is to be expected.

Could you give me an idea about how far down soi 15 this place is? I know it is said to be on the corner of Sukhumvit and Soi 15. Is that an accurate description?

Yes, on the corner. No problem with noise (at least on the 7th floor). The suites are nice, but somewhat small. The place is very nice, very clean, very modern - only complaint is the rooms are sort of small. But feels like a five star place. http://www.s15hotel.com

No pool, no gym.....only ABF not full breakfast.....hate any place that adds ++ to the price list....my calculator adds 17% and says it is over 3500 baht a night for their smallest room and THAT is on their promotional rate which expires end of October.... still looking... Enjoy.

Well Minder better check your calculator because first they add the 10% and caculate VAT on top of that so it is 17.7%

LOL...the calculator works fine...it was the math that was suspect.
Thaidup....that's a further of 21 baht and 35 satangs by my already suspect calculations..almost enough for a beer at my now regular LOS bar.the 7/11 store. : (
