I was going to tell you look at the map in the bonus section but it only shows Dynasty Grande. Dynasty Inn is next to Nana. Not sure about Dawin but I think it is next door.

The rooms at Dawin are smaller than Dynasty Grande.
Very clean, new and guest friendly, free WiFi, in-room safe and mini bar, flat screen TV.
Hong nam is good size but only shower, no tub.
Joiner fee only for the second guest.
If you're walking from Sukhumvit, its past the Soi 6 corner, a little past Swan and 7-11 on the same side of the street.

Stayed 3 nights at Dawin on December. Rooms are nice and very clean. Free Wifi, in-room safebox, flat TV (but no dvd player), nothing to complain. On the other side of the street you can find a good local open-air Thai restaurant (prices are local too).
Can be compared with Darjeeling Boutique located Soi 18 (described in this thread, also).
I'll come back, for sure.

Just spent 2 nights at Dawin. Paid almost 2000baht per night and for that price its not bad value.
Very new, nicely designed rooms. nice desk for lappy and free wifi. Has one of the best designed bathrooms I have seen in the recent 'boutique' style hotel in Bangkok. the glass enclosed shower area certainly gets rid of the wet bathroom floor aftermath everytime TG takes a shower. the Superior room gets you a bath tub, which I did not use as its not full length and probably would fit only a 12 year old. Overall, the room beats the rooms at Darjelling just by a bit. Only thing missing is a DVD player. Reception staff were very professional, but the food at the hotel restaurant lacks appeal. Tons of channels on the tube, but alas no naughty ones :) Still looking for that elusive Bangkok hotel with an adult channel. May stay again if prices fall to around 1500 range. Otherwise there are still cheaper options for similar comfort level around the area.
