Hal is working on a Marine version of the VITD, with a nice design which fits nicely into the environment arround anyone's bungalow, somewhere by the Poolside.
What it does is, that it actually attracts the VI with copulating noices from inside the device and it then pushes the VI into the pool whilst exhilarating a James Bond - Villain laughter, whilst notifying local security about lude behaviour by the VI. If the VI is a nonresident he will immediately be escorted from the premmisses (by the security, not the VITD - alllthough an enhanced version offering this facility is on the drawing board), or if the VI is a local member, he will be put on the short list for exclusion and forced sale.
